Service 06 / Project coordination

MCR – Main Control Room

Project-controls coordination and reporting. Plant operations, permits and site authorisations remain with the responsible organisations.

Purpose & approach

Fast-moving work needs dependable project information.

When multiple teams are working in parallel, information can change faster than the formal reporting cycle. An MCR establishes the agreed information flow, review cadence and escalation route so the people coordinating execution can act with a shared understanding.

Review work-front readiness, isolate exceptions and inspect the owner and next review for each action.

Scope of support

What we do.

The service is tailored to the assignment. We agree the scope, required inputs and acceptance criteria before delivery.

01

Mobilisation and operating model

Agree the assignment, working hours, coverage, escalation routes and decision rights. Define who provides information, who verifies it and who acts on the findings.

02

Integrated project reporting

Bring schedule, readiness, constraints and selected site records into a common view. Make the update time and unresolved information gaps visible.

03

Short-interval coordination

Support daily or shift-based planning and review meetings. Connect the immediate work plan with prerequisites, handovers and outstanding actions.

04

Readiness and constraints

Track access, permits, materials, design information and other agreed prerequisites. Highlight blockers and the owners responsible for resolving them.

05

Exception reporting and escalation

Identify deviations that need attention and prepare focused reports. Route issues through the agreed escalation process, with a clear account of the supporting information.

06

Decisions, actions and handover

Maintain action and decision records, follow up commitments and organise shift or team handovers. Preserve continuity as priorities and personnel change.

Inside the room

Four example information states.

This example distinguishes verified, provisional, missing and stale information. Each state uses text as well as colour. Project status definitions, review intervals and escalation thresholds are agreed for the assignment.

Access, information owners and escalation routes are agreed with the client. This example does not prescribe the site’s access or permit procedures.

Your questions

Define the right assignment.

Is the service available around the clock?

Coverage is defined for each assignment. Daily, extended or shift-based support may be agreed; continuous 24/7 coverage is not assumed.

Who makes execution decisions?

The client retains its defined decision rights. Enncon provides information, analysis and coordination within the authority agreed for the assignment.

Does the MCR operate plant systems?

No. This service provides project-controls information and coordination. Plant operations, permits and site authorisations remain with the responsible organisations.
