This notice covers website enquiries and applications sent to our contact address. Processing within client project systems is defined separately for each assignment.

What we collect

The enquiry form requests your name, work email, organisation, area of interest and message. The form sends these details by email; the ENNCON plugin does not keep a separate enquiry database. A temporary keyed hash of the network address limits repeated submissions and expires after 90 seconds. Email systems and host security services may keep their own records as described below.

If you send a job application, we receive the information you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential project material in an initial enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

We use enquiry details to respond and discuss the requested services. Our basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries; where you are a prospective contracting party, we also process information needed to take steps at your request before a contract. Application details are used to assess and respond to the role enquiry. Technical records support site security and availability, based on our legitimate interest in maintaining the service.

Business enquiries are sent to office@enncon-se.com through the website’s configured email service. Correspondence and technical records are also subject to the settings of the email and hosting services. For the applicable processing locations, retention periods or transfer arrangements, contact office@enncon-se.com. Registration in Romania does not by itself establish where a service provider processes data.

Recipients and transfers

Authorised people handling the enquiry and the providers identified above may process the relevant information. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unsolicited marketing. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your enquiry.

Your choices and rights

Required form fields let us respond to your request. You do not have to submit the form; you may contact us directly by email. Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We do not use these enquiries for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Send requests to office@enncon-se.com. We respond within the applicable legal time limit, normally one month; if a lawful extension is necessary, we explain it within that first month. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including ANSPDCP in Romania or the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands.
