Connecting site activity with commercial control.
Planning, cost control and data analytics supported one of the main contractors at Intel’s Fab 34 between 2021 and 2025. The work connected equipment relocation, daily site coordination and commercial reporting.
Planning equipment movement
The published assignment included oversight of the relocation of more than 35 000 equipment crates, alongside planning support for daily site activity.
A project-specific data platform
A custom web-based tool brought reporting, KPIs and financial tracking into one environment. The approach connected operational records with the information needed for project and commercial reviews.
Daily coordination at scale
More than 5 000 scheduled activities and daily updates across logistics, ERP, HSE and quality systems supported structured communication and planning for 170 staff.
Connecting logistics, schedule and financial information gives the team a stronger basis for explaining what is happening on site.
Figures describe the scale of the assignment, rather than the overall project or a measured performance improvement.
