Specialising in Primavera P6 planning, cost control, and business intelligence, he leverages Python and Power BI expertise on major European projects, including Finland’s Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant and Ireland’s Intel semiconductor facility.

Eoin, a Senior Partner, brings 30 years of experience in business strategy and marketing across aerospace, defence, air traffic control, and nuclear sectors. His strategic advisory work has transformed organizations through market analysis and accelerated growth strategies.


He contributed to landmark projects at Advention Business Partners, a Forbes Top 250 consultancy, including Europe’s most powerful nuclear power plant. During his 20-year tenure at NATS, he spearheaded the public-to-private transition while holding an MBA in Strategic Marketing and serving as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Paula, Co-Founder of ENNCON, brings 15 years of cross-industry experience spanning consulting, nuclear energy, logistics, and finance. Her leadership combines operational excellence with data-driven decision-making to transform organizational effectiveness.


Having a Master’s in Business Administration and certifications in Data Analysis, Power BI, and IBM Data Science, she excels in improving & scaling operations and process optimisation. Her analytical approach and continuous learning mindset deliver consistent results across complex operational challenges.

Cristian Dobri

Head Of Planning


Cristian, a senior planning manager with over 12 years of experience working at large marine and industrial developments, excels in complex project management and strategic planning implementation. He pioneered comprehensive planning systems through innovative solutions combining SharePoint and advanced scheduling tools.


His expertise in strategic planning, data analytics, and team leadership drives project success through Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project implementation. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and specialises in resource optimisation and developing integrated planning solutions for large engineering projects.
