Our team had the privilege of working on some of the most challenging construction projects in Europe.

OLKILUOTO NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, FINLAND

At Olkiluoto, we developed a strategy for work permit and system testing coordination to simplify planning and project control processes. This approach improved communication among project members, minimized operational inefficiencies, and optimized project coordination, data, and workflow management.

SEMICONDUCTORS, IRELAND

We implemented a detailed planning strategy, cost control, and team coordination approach for the Intel semiconductor factory project to simplify execution and adherence to key deadlines. By automating processes and using big data analysis, we provided real-time insights and used effectively project data to resolve any commercial disputes.

GREENFIELD RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, ROMANIA

Our team played a key role in constructing five 11-story apartment blocks by implementing an integrated planning and cost control system. We developed a web application for real-time time and cost management using Primavera P6 and Python algorithms. This application allowed efficient progress tracking and budget control.
